The double room was bigger than expected and comfortable, and the location was convenient being close to downtown.

We had the double room which was a nice size with double beds. The breakfast was nice hot with lots of outstanding food. Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable. The location was nice, just off all the bars and all the fun restaurants and easily accessible...

The staff was absolutely rude.

It boasts perfect, good location right by the university campus and college.

The location was perfect, just off Colorado State University, which has a beautiful campus to explore. the free parking was an excellent bonus. the hotel was an easy walk to Ripley's Believe It or Not.

Great service overall and parking on site. Beautifully decorated room available with plenty of pillows as well as great internet. Nice variety of eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Our room was stuffy and hot. The a/c ran the entire time since we couldnt open any windows ;( and the room smelled

The staff are super friendly, knowledgable, and nice. The room was clean. The location is great and close to everything, especially to the campus. But there are restaurants and downtown and historic part of town super close by.

Noisy air conditioner and refrigerator in room. My earplugs helped with that and I still slept pretty soundly. Bed is a little mushy.

Old, worn down, out dated, hallways dirty, icy walk ways to my room, had to ask to get shampoo, not enough cough in room, old stye T.v,

The location was particularly good, just off the fantastic bus line, Colorado State University, and local attractions and restaurants. the breakfast was wonderful, lots of food. the staff was top-class with advice and suggestions.
